Youssef Elouardy advises Cocoon Homes on project development and execution.
He previously served as the technical director at Cocoon Homes from 2015 to 2017, during which he had overall responsibility for taking new projects from concept to product delivery.
Prior to joining the company, Youssef was the country Managing Director of Alliances Development in Ivory Coast and previously project director at Alliances Darna in Morocco.
He has managed projects worth over US$1.1 billion and managed the construction of over ten thousand housing units in Morocco and Ivory Coast.
He has a master’s degree in Employer and Property Management from the Special School of Public Works Building and Industry of Paris, a diploma of Engineering from Hassania School of Public Works, Civil Engineering in Casablanca, Morocco.
